- How to burn the sound
onto a CD
Here are two simple ways to do it:
1. If you are using iTunes download the sound, place it into a
playlist in iTunes, insert an blank CD into the CD Drive and then
press the "Burn Disc" button in the bottom part of the window.
2. If you are using Windows (without iTunes), open Windows Media
Player, click Library and then click <List Name> List. Then
click Burn List. Drag the sounds from the Details pane to the List
pane to make a list of sounds you want. In this list, pull the
sounds up and sown to put them in the order you want them. Now,
insert a blank CD into the CD drive, then check the List pane to
see that the sounds will fit. If something does not fit,
right-click on the sound you want to remove and select Remove from
list. Now click the Start Burn arrow to verify that Audio CD is
selected. Finally, click Start Burn.

better nights rest. This will also allow you to remain better
rested throughout the day, which make you less irritable and more
productive.
- How does it work?
To fall asleep you have to set yourself up for a relaxed state
of mind. This is necessary in order to fall asleep, and the better
you do this the better your chances are for a good nights rest and
a pleasant tomorrow. You are prewired to take advantage of sounds
for sleep and relaxation because of the soothing and calm it
invokes. You may also fall asleep more readily when given a rhythm
to focus on which will help you to redirect your thoughts from
those things that could keep you awake.
